Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) as all our items are handmade and carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.
Domestic Shipping (US Destinations):
Once your order has processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking number to follow its journey. Domestic deliveries are normally received in 5-7 business days. Our goal is to ensure orders are delivered on time. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or delays in the postal system may impact the actual delivery date and Pretty Girls Tee's (PGT) is not liable.
International Shipping:
Once your order has processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking number to follow its journey. International delivery time is typically 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment. It’s important to note that international deliveries may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. **Please note, PGT is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Undelivered or Returned Packages:
In the event your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided on the order, or if the package is unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note, additional shipping charges will apply. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable timeframe, a refund will be issued for the cost of the items, excluding the original shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand that occasionally packages may go missing or be stolen during transit. We take such incidents seriously and have implemented the following policy to address lost or stolen packages:
- Investigation Process:
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact PGT at contact@prettygirlstees.com as soon as possible. We will confirm tracking number, date of delivery, delivery to the provided address and shipping carrier information for you to further investigate.
- Communication with Shipping Carrier:
Upon receiving confirmation details of delivery. We recommend you promptly contact USPS to inquire about the package’s status. USPS will work closely with you to gather information and track the package’s whereabouts.
- Insurance and Liability:
We understand the importance of ensuring your packages are protected during transit. For this reason, shipping insurance is included with your purchase. Please follow USPS insurance provider’s guidelines and procedures to process your claim.
** Please Note, once the package is scanned and handed over to USPS, PGT cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue and provide support throughout the investigation process.
