At Pretty Girls Tees Craft Lab, we believe in creating items that bring joy, empowerment, and inspiration. That’s why we stand by our Love It, or It’s Free guarantee! If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we’ll take it back, on us.

How It Works:

If your item doesn’t bring you the joy you expected, you have 10 days from the delivery date to let us know. Simply follow these steps:

1. Notify Us – Email us at prettygirlsteescraftlab@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason "Didn't love it"
2. Receive a Prepaid Label – Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
3. Ship It Back – Package the item securely and drop it off within 5 days of receiving your return label.
4. Get Your Refund – Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method—no hassle, no questions!

The Fine Print (Because We Gotta Have It):

• Items must be returned in their original condition (unused and unwashed)
• The 10-day window starts from the day your package is marked as delivered.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for this policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• The refund will be processed once the return is received.

How to Initiate a Return:

You have 15 days from the delivery date to start a return. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Email Us – Send an email to prettygirlsteescraftlab@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. Ship It Back – Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Return in Original Condition – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition & packaging.
4. Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The Fine Print:

• The 15-day return window starts from the date your package is marked as delivered.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• If an item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition, a refund may not be issued.

Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, Pretty Girls Tee's will gladly exchange it for the same size and color.  To be eligible for an exchange on a defective item, the following must be: item must be reported as defective within 5 days of delivery, item must not show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, alterations or unauthorized repair.
